Both of Mary Hopkin’s solo hits (‘Those Were The Days’ and ‘Knock Knock Who’s There’) would outperform this track where she sang the vocals. Richard Myhill, who wrote the track, would also write ‘Love Stealer’ which was a minor hit on the Capital 604 charts for Cindy Dickinson and would have a credit for the string arrangement on Duran Duran’s song ‘My Own Way’ (which appeared on their album ‘Rio’.

  1. Hi,

    I stopped hearing from you
    so I figured you were done
    with the charts. I stopped
    using AOL, but never closed
    it out. When checking back on
    AOL, I noticed there are loads
    of emails from you. To be
    honest
