AMERICA (US)

Their biggest hit was ‘A Horse With No Name’ which topped the US charts for 3 weeks and would peak at 3 on the UK charts. It would be their only SA chart hit, although they would see their 1983 hit, ‘The Border’ reach 4 on the 702 charts and 2 on the Radio 5 ones. In total they managed 17 US chart hits and 3 UK ones.
