The song was a cover of a 1970 hit for McGuinness Flint hit which had gone to 2 in the UK, 47 in the US as well as charting across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Others to record the song include Def Leppard, Adam Faith and Phil Everly. Bruce Millar’s version would rank 9th out of the 36 local songs that made the chart in 1976.
